The Commission will accept public input on the subject areas
noted above and advise Council on ways to drive community
awareness and participation in City programs modeled upon the
field’s best practices.
The Climate Action Commission meets only as
needed. When a meeting is needed the Commission will meet
on the second Thursday of month at 6:00 p.m.
in the City Council Chambers at 421 Main Street.
Agendas are posted to the web the previous Friday, six days
before each meeting. Special meetings (such as workshops and site
visits) can occur on an as-needed basis. Agendas for these
special meetings will be posted to the web a minimum of 72 hours
prior to each meeting.
