Power Up Public Art Project
The Power up Public Art Project is a utility box art program initiated by the Chico Arts Commission and approved the Chico City Council. In this initial launch of the program, art will be placed on 15 different utility boxes in the Downtown Chico area. The artwork selected for the utility boxes will be chosen by the sponsor of each specific box. Artwork will be selected from over 70 submissions received during the Call for Artists.
