Arts Commission

The Arts Commission is composed of seven members appointed by the City Council to serve four-year terms. The Commission makes recommendations to the Council regarding the public art program, the yearly allocation of  grant funds to arts organizations and the marketing of Chico as an arts and culture destination. 
 
The Arts Commission now meets on the second Wednesday of the following months: January, April, July, October at 4:30 p.m. in Conference Room 1 in the Council Chamber Building.
