The voters of the City of Chico will be asked to vote on two ballot measures related to Council's approval of the Valley's Edge General Plan Amendment (Measure O) and Valley's Edge Specific Plan (Measure P).  These two measures are a result of a successful referendum on both Resolution 08-23 and Resolution 09-23.  Please contact the City Clerk's Office at (530) 896-7250 if you have any questions related to this special election.
