Sewer Service Billing

Effective July 1, 2023, the City of Chico started billing for sewer service through Util360. Chico residents who are on Cal Water and City of Chico sewer will get two separate bills - one from Cal Water for water services, and one from the City of Chico through Util360 for sewer service.

Sewer bills can be paid online at www.chico.util360.com, or via a check in the mail to the address on the billing statement. For questions about your sewer bill contact customer service via the web portal or by calling (888) 530-4360, Mon - Fri 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM PST.
