This year, the City is holding an "Active" Open Enrollment which means every employee must elect (or waive) their benefit plan choices in order to have Medical, Dental and/or Vision coverage for 2026.
This is the one time each year when, without a qualifying life event, you can:
Watch your email in the coming weeks for announcements on 2026 plan enhancements, pharmacy benefit manager changes, a new dental buy-up option, and more! Toward the end of September we'll share instructions via email for accessing your enrollment portal.
- add or remove dependents
- select a new plan
- enroll in, increase, or drop Voluntary Life Insurance or AFLAC
- enroll in a health, limited purpose or dependent care Flexible Spending Account (FSA)
