Project Description
The project includes road rehabilitation on North Avenue, Floral Avenue, and Mariposa Avenue between Manzanita Avenue and East Avenue. The design of a roundabout at the intersection of Manzanita Avenue, Mariposa Avenue, and Longfellow Avenue will be a part of this project. Currently, no construction funds for the roundabout are available. The project will include ADA improvements. This project is funded by Measure H.

Floral Avenue:
At the September 8, 2025, Internal Affairs Committee meeting the Floral Avenue survey results will be reviewed. Recommendation to the Internal Affairs Committee is to remove parking on the east side of Floral Avenue from Manzanita Avenue to East Avenue to accommodate bike lanes. Schedule
Construction on the project is anticipated to begin in summer of 2027.
