Administrative Services
The City of Chico’s Administrative Services Department consists of the Finance and Information Systems Divisions.
Finance Division
The City of Chico Finance Division is responsible for managing the City’s financial operations; including the accounting of all revenues and expenditures, the preparation and administration of the City’s annual budget, and providing customer service to the Chico community.
Information Systems Division
Information Systems (IS) Division is responsible for the architecture, hardware, software, and networking of technology for the City of Chico. IS staff members support the City’s Police, Fire, and Municipal functions while encouraging modernization and efficiency of those functions.
Support services include hardware and software support, radio equipment, network equipment, servers, wired and wireless devices, public safety computer-aided dispatching and record management systems, financial management systems, community development systems and security.
