How to register an alarm
All alarm companies providing service in the City of Chico are required to register their alarm system customers per Chico Municipal Code 5.40. This includes all private, business, and government locations within the City of Chico service area.
Registration is free and can be completed at Cry Wolf Services or by calling (855) 905-0609.
False Alarm Penalty Payments/Self-Monitored Alarms
In addition to alarm registration, individuals may also pay false alarm penalties online through Cry Wolf Services. Individuals who have self-monitored alarms may also register their alarms on this site.
