What City facilities and programs are closed?

City Hall, the Chico Police Department, and the Parks & Public Works Office are open BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. The City has installed a gray drop box in the City Hall parking lot for deliveries and payments.

The front lobby at the Chico Police Department is now closed. The business (non-emergency) line is (530) 897-4900. Livescan fingerprint services for the general public at the Chico Police Department has been suspended until further notice.

The following programs have been suspended:

  • Chico Police Department Citizen’s Academy
  • The Chico Police Explorer Program
