RFP – Shop Local Campaign

The City of Chico is seeking a qualified firm to carry out strategy, branding, and marking processes to plan, design, and implement a Shop Local Campaign.  An ideal Shop Local Campaign would popularize the idea of patronizing Chico businesses and motivate residents and institutions to adjust their behaviors accordingly.
