Missing Person

On November 18, 2021 Constance MCMILLEN (38 years old) was reported missing to the Chico Police Department. MCMILLEN is described as a white female adult, 5’03” tall, 220 lbs., brown eyes, and brown hair. Currently, MCMILLEN’s whereabouts are unknown, and the Chico Police Department is requesting the public’s assistance in locating her.
