Missing Endangered Person

Charity Deal has been safely located.

On 10/19/23, the Chico Police Department was advised of a possible missing adult from a residence in a neighborhood in Northeast Chico. The reporting party was contacted and advised that 28 year old Charity Deal had left her residence sometime prior to 1900 hrs. and hadn’t returned. Due to medical conditions, Deal is considered an at-risk missing person. It is believed that Deal may be traveling to the Oroville or Thermalito area.

Deal is further described as a white female adult with brown hair, and brown eyes, 5’8“ and 319 lbs. (see attached photo). If located, please contact the Chico Police Department Dispatch Center at (530)897-4911.
