On 6/3/20, a Chico Police Officer was conducting routine patrol in the area of the Chico Police Department. The Officer observed two subjects walk to a vehicle parked in the parking lot. One of the subjects flagged down the officer and reported that he was attempting to obtain a release for his towed vehicle.
The Chico Police Officer obtained the subject’s name to assist the subject. Dispatch advised that the subject was on Post Release Community Supervision (PRCS). During a subsequent search of the subject, the Officer discovered methamphetamine, heroin, and drug paraphernalia on his person. He was arrested and transported a very short distance to the Chico Police Temporary Holding Facility.
The subject was identified as Bobby Hall (29 years-old).
