Council Meeting Participation

The public is encouraged to participate in the City’s decision-making process and is invited to attend City Council meetings or view them live on Channel 11 or via streaming video here.  If you can’t attend a meeting, you can always submit your comments at Civic Engaged.

The Council meets the 1st Tuesday of each month at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chamber and usually adjourns to the 3rd Tuesday of each month at 6:00 p.m., as well as other meeting dates when required.

Meeting Agendas -  Agendas and all related materials are available both online and hard copy prior to or during all meetings.  Copies may be picked up in the City Clerk’s office without charge.

A public viewing copy of the complete agenda packet is available for review at each meeting.

Hearing Impaired  – Portable listening devices are available at meetings.

Anyone who is hearing impaired and requires the services of an interpreter to observe or participate in a meeting should contact the City Clerk’s office at 530-896-7250 within 7 days prior to the date of the meeting.
