**On 5/30/20, at 12:30 a.m., a Chico Police Officer located Mr. Garduno driving in his vehicle in central Chico. He was found to be in good health but was lost and tired. His dog was also with him, also tired but in good health. Both were reunited with family. The Chico Police Department is grateful for the assistance and concern of the public in the search for Mr. Garduno.**

SILVER ALERT
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Date: 5/29/2020

Chico, CA – The Chico Police Department is seeking assistance from the public in locating a missing at risk person. 85 year-old Lloyd Garduno left his home at approximately noon today (5/29/20) in his black 2010 Toyota Prius to take his dog for a walk. He is believed to have been on his way to a creek in the Chico area such as the tree farm on Cramer Lane or one of the Chico park areas. Mr. Garduno is currently suffering from several health issues and may be suffering from memory issues.

The Chico Police Department has obtained a Silver Alert from the California Department Highway Patrol and is asking for the public to notify the Chico Police Department immediately if he or his vehicle is seen (see photographs below). He was last seen wearing a black USMC hat, a beige jacket, white T-shirt, blue jeans and brown leather shoes.
